Previously Annie worked at ReMax as an associate while managing her own real estate investment portfolio. From 1988 to 1994 she was an active member of the Building Industry Association (BIA) and served as a judge for the Urban Design Contests in June 1990. With both a General Building Contractor (B) license and C-51 Structure Steel CA Certification Annie has managed and built numerous projects in Greater Los Angeles and San Gabriel Valley since the early 1990’s. In addition she also holds the specialty trade license C61/D28 for CCTV Access Control and Automatic Gate Operator. Not only does she bring extended knowledge in real estate investment to United Real Estate but she also has remained active in sales and marketing at Charcoal Master International Inc. for the last 20 years. Since 1992 she has served as the Executive Vice President at CM Development where she spearheaded the launch of various specialized import goods into the US market and abroad.
